WDOnline Catalog Visibility for WooCommerce makes it easy to manage catalog visibility by category. Hide category names, hide their products, or combine both options to create the catalog your customers should see.
Separate control over categories and products
Hide a category from automatic category lists and product category labels while keeping its products visible. Alternatively, hide the category’s products from selected areas of your store.
This is useful for internal categories, temporary collections, or products you want to share through direct links.
Choose where products are hidden
Control product visibility separately for:
- Shop: Hide products from the shop and supported product grids.
- Archives: Hide products from product category and tag pages.
- Search: Hide products from standard WordPress and WooCommerce searches.
For example, you can hide products from the main shop while keeping them available on their category page.
Optional direct access blocking
Hidden products remain accessible through direct links by default. Enable Block direct product access to return your theme’s 404 page when someone opens a matching product URL.
This option becomes available when Hide products is selected. Existing cart and order operations remain unaffected.
Manage large catalogs more easily
Apply rules to subcategories automatically, update several categories with bulk actions, and check the effective status of each category.
Sticky table headings keep the options visible as you scroll. The help panel can be collapsed, and your preference is remembered.
Designed for WooCommerce
Manage everything under Products → Catalog visibility. The plugin supports standard catalog queries, product shortcodes, supported WooCommerce product blocks, and public Store API product listings.
